We offer you the opportunity to create value on our customer site by offering employees and visitors an exceptional workplace experience.You will be working as part of the workplace experience team of our financial services client, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances the culture that our users want to be a part of.Reporting into a Workplace Lead, the position is responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with our customer, ensuring a collaborative approach to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.Key Responsibilities:First point of contact and delivery of Workplace InductionResponsible for delivering the customer workplace experience as the main ‘go to’ person, owning the Touchpoint Journey to engage with users for any questions about the services or support provided by the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) function in the building.Designated to specific business groups occupying different floors in the building, to engage with the business manager and teams on a day-to-day basis, providing support for activities such as employee induction, community events, IFM and/or business group projects.Responsible for ensuring that all procedures and standards are met, raising any issues or requirements of the FM services and working with the wider workplace/IFM teams to ensure resolution.Ensuring effective communication with the nominated business manager(s), proactive with a 'no surprises' principleEnsuring HSE guidelines and regulations are followed at all times.Support client with reporting of IT issuesCoordinate digital screen content on floors, working with Communications & MarketingPlan, organise, promote and host events both onsite and onlineProfile:2 years experience in a relevant customer service environment at a 5* service levelNumeracy and literacy certification / qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong Microsoft Office skills in the use of word, excel and powerpointIT Systems Administrator experience is desirable Social media / intranet architecture background for engaging users in online communicationsEnthusiastic, strong customer focus and dynamic multitasker with can do attitude.Team player, ability to motivate self and work with others to deliver results.Good time management discipline to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environmentAbout ISSISS was founded in Denmark and has been in business for 122 years.
