First established in London in 1976, we've been sourcing world's brightest professionals for over 30 years.Job DescriptionResponsibilities can range from the following,Answering telephones, screening and directing calls in a timely manner.Creating letters and emails; Post Office duties.Provide general support to customers/clients.Raise Supplier Purchase orders as required.Filing, data entry, correspondence.Ordering stationary and supplies.Booking couriers.Organising company travel.Order uniforms and prepare PPE Kits.Assist the accountant with accounts payable tasks .Assist in HR Tasks.Assist with OH&S tasks.Liaise with office maintenance service providers.Maintain photocopy areas and general office cleanliness.Other Adhoc duties.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidates will have the following attributes,Proven experience as an Administrator.Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-end support.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.What's on OfferWhat we offer?A diverse range of projects across multiple employees.Opportunities for career growth and long-term employmentA supportive and personalised approach to match your skills with the right roles.Michael Page
