So let us help you grow with our guidance and training possibilitiesFeed your wanderlust with discounts in Cycas HotelsKey responsibilities and tasks:Be the leader of the People Culture Plan of the propertyEnsure recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to by all recruiting leaders.Drive promotion of the employer brand through careers fairs, local networking opportunitiesManage of all new starter information/paperwork, work permits/visas and ongoing file management to ensure all Cycadettes are legal to workOversee and lead on the execution of core HR processes i.e. Absence management, salary reviews, payroll processing, probationEnsure employment law, contractual terms and conditions are adhered to and consistently applied within the hotel.To coach & support department heads through HR processes and policies i.e. performance management.Work with the General managers, Department Heads & Central People & Culture team to create and implement the Hotel Training Plan ensuring it is adhered to and adapted as necessary to respond to business needs.Delivering Trainings as and when requiredPromote and drive awareness and usage of company reward and recognition programs, pension scheme, employee benefits etc.Deliver monthly high engagement activities to the Cycadettes at the hotel.Drive the Risk assessments regarding People related subjectsMonitoring Payroll and HR figures for the propertyMeer informatie over de functiebeschrijving, zie hierboven.Hotelprofessionals
