You won’t have to start from scratch. The Y’s data environment has been operational for 2 years! Your mission is to decipher the next steps of our data management & reporting journey. Prior to this you’ll get to know who we are, our ‘growth-for-impact strategy’ and our data analytics & Power BI reporting platform. You’ll partner with our internal stakeholders to define the business and data requirements while fostering our data management framework. The data warehouse will become your baby when you develop and deliver organisational reports. You’ll then begin to build your function capability by engaging with external consultancies and hiring talent. Sounds interesting? Check out the PD attached below.You’ll be great in this role if you…Hold tertiary qualifications in IT, Data Analytics or similarAre known for building relationships with key stakeholders with the ability to translate business needs vs technical capabilityHave a reputation for being an astute problem solver with impressive analytical skillsHave previous people management / leadership experienceAre proficient with current data platform technologies (i.e., data lakes, orchestration platforms / Azure Data Factory)Have hands-on experience using reporting suite application (i.e., Power BI)How to apply:Click on the “Apply” button below to submit your application.
