Come join the team and help us work hard, have fun, and make history!The EU DSP Management team works with the various European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery Service Providers (DSP's), focusing on providing a best-in-class partnerships with our stakeholders across EU. We are looking for an Manager - Performance and Insights who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights, using various quantitative tools and core management skills.This role can be based in London, Luxembourg, or Munich.Key job responsibilities- Build and scale incentive programs using historical data around DSP performance standards and business goals- Dive deep into complex data sets, build narratives and drive decision making- Champion data analysis and drive performance reviews with leadership on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis- Partner with Finance and Business stakeholders to build an ROI framework on incentives spent and assess Partner sentiment- Create and support an SLS expansion framework for new countries/delivery methods.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSFor this position we expect:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience in program management, vendor management, and/or supplier management within a cross-functional organization- Logistics, operations and/ or Product management experience- Proven record of handling multiple projects and working towards tight deadlines- Practical project management and administration experience: organization, supervising details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and coordinating change- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, skills in data transformation, analysis, and optimization- Experience in BI, Analytics, Data Science, or comparable fields.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially relating to quantitative topics discussed with non-technical colleagues.- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across diverse functional areas to align roadmap and priorities.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA + relevant experience- Exceptional written and verbal communication and diplomatic skills.- Ability to deal with fast moving, ambiguous topics, and distilling complex problems into simple solutions- Analytical Skills: R, Matlab- Background in Operations/ tech implementation- Start-up or other experience- Exhibits excellent judgmentAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
