We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.Job DescriptionNew Clients Acceptances, Customer Due Diligences, on-boarding process ensuring smooth on-boarding of customersReview of funds’ incorporation documentsAML / KYC screening, collecting of KYC documentsClient Files Reviews: AML / KYC periodic reviews and updatesRisk Monitoring, maintenance of risk matrix, update and alignment of risk factorsCompliance KPIs collecting, monitoring of delegated Compliance tasksReporting and issuance of KPIs to the Compliance ManagerAssistance for the preparation of annual regulatory reporting and questionnairesDue Diligences on third parties; Central Administration / AIFM / CustodiansManage relationship with clients, internal and external service providers such as AIFMs, Administrators, Advisors, Auditors, Credit Institution etc…Ensure high responsiveness and timely delivery with high-quality services to the clientsBuild strong customer relationships with existing and new clientsGives regular feedback to the Compliance ManagerEscalate without delay issues and risks identifiedComplies with the internal policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor, legal or economic studies or university degree in law or in economics2-3 years of experience in Funds sector in compliance, AML / KYC, administration/secretariatGood understanding and perception of AML, Suspicious Activity or Regulatory breach event, operational and structural.Knowledge and understanding of Investment Funds’ shareholding / UBO structuresKnowledge and understanding of the constitutional documents and legal documentation supporting Private Equity / Real Estate fundsKnowledge in AIFMD framework, principles of AIFM structures and regulationsOwnership and initiative taking is an assetFluent in EnglishGood knowledge of MS Office tools (Word and Excel in particular)Excellent organizational skills with attention to details and meeting tight deadlinesAdditional informationAt IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
