Are you a Scrum Master looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider: Scrum Master-Start: ASAP-Estimated length: 6 months-Location: Toronto-Hybrid role- 2 days a week in officeActively seeking for candidates with below requirements.Advantages- You will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.- Potential for contract extension and conversion.Responsibilities- Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.- Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.- Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivery leadership- Supports an environment where team freely escalates challenges; facilitate change through positive reinforcement of successes- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.Qualifications- 8-10 years of proven experience in delivering scaled agile projects- Experience with managing delivery of Data Network Infrastructure projects- Enterprise controls or data governance experience- Experience in a Canadian banking institution- Strong Risk Management capabilities to prevent impediments. .NICE TO HAVE- Agile Coaching Experience- Experience with Capital markets preferred.- Strong communication skills/Executive level communication.- Ability to work with a team in Europe and Asia Pacific.SummaryDo you have this experience?
