We are currently seeking a proactive, strong, and flexible Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities and materials.Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning activities accordingly.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements:Qualification: Minimum Level 2 UK child-related qualification, with a preference for Level 3.Experience: Classroom experience is essential.Safeguarding Training: Must have recent safeguarding training dated within the last year.DBS Certificate: Must possess an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one.Ideal Candidate:Proactive and able to take initiative in the classroom.Strong and flexible, capable of adapting to varying classroom needs and situations.Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.If this advertised job role doesn't align with your requirements or you're seeking a different position, don't worry!
