Ryanair is currently recruiting for an ATO Administrator to join the Ryanair Approved Training Organisation.This an exciting time to join Ryanair as well look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests in the next 10 years.Based at our newly refurbished simulator training facility at East Midlands Airport, you will work as part of a team responsible for planning and administering training for the Ryanair ATO.This is an excellent role where the successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills, be highly organised and proficient using all elements of Microsoft Office suite.Duties include but not limited to;Planning new instructor and examiner recruitment and training courses.Dealing with internal candidates for the recruitment of instructor roles, including screening applications, arranging assessments and conducting interviews.Management of the offer and on-boarding process for new training instructors.Maintaining instructor and examiner records to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.Administration of ATO documentation and regulatory submissions.Submission of new entry pilot licence applications to the IAA.Ad-hoc duties at required.RequirementsExcellent administrative and data analysis skills.Must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multi- taskShould be self-starters and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Candidates with previous experience in the aviation industry or regulatory recruitment will be highly regarded.Position is suitable for candidates with a qualification in operations / logistics / aviation management.BenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinationsDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salaryCycle 2 Work SchemeUnrivalled career progressionRyanair
