Full-time, fixed-term HEW 7 position until December 2025Base salary will be in the range $98,582 - $107,349 + 17% SuperannuationBased at ourAbout This OpportunityWe seek an experienced, proactive and energetic Systems Support Coordinator capable of delivering exceptional administrative and business functions within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation).You will be a key player in delivering the UQ Research Data Manager (UQRDM) Ethics Module project, focusing on supporting existing MyResearch and UQRDM users. This role involves user support, outreach, communication, change management, and system testing to ensure the successful adoption and functionality of the new system. You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritise activities and tasks to meet deadlines.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality and timely support for MyResearch and UQRDM users.Develop a deep understanding of system and business processes to support both external and internal users of MyResearch and UQRDM.Prepare written communication materials (e.g., newsletters, one-pagers, system notifications) for our systems.Support change management initiatives to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.Participate in testing the new UQRDM Ethics module, collaborating with the development team to ensure issues are resolved and the system meets user requirements.Actively participate in team initiatives and projects, cooperating with team members to reflect a commitment to team goals and objectives, effective communication, information sharing, and problem-solving practices.Identify and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support the operational outcomes of the function.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
