Successful candidates will become a part of that union.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be DoingFleet repairs including Frame/Dump body repairs, Dozer ice lugging, Pin lancing, Implement repairs and crack gouging/repairs.Fabrication of various items, Numbers, signs, Stands or whatever needed for the Maintenance/Ops groupsIndoors/Outdoors work as neededQualificationsWhat Makes You The ONEHeavy Equipment repair experience required (Trucks/Dozers/Shovels/Excavators)Trained and experienced with Stick, MIG and large wire-feed welders, radiograph, Cooper-heat, Plasma cutter, Lance, overhead and/or mobile truck cranes as well as other tools of the tradeRed Seal/Alberta Journeyperson WelderWelding truck outfitted with proper Welding Deck$5M Liability InsuranceSummaryWhat's NextIf you are chosen to move forward in our hiring process for a site-based role, you will be asked to provide the following: * Provide a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a recent Driver’s AbstractProvide a valid copies of the following: CSO, Silica Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness and OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness.
