BookkeeperOur healthcare client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper.Duties:Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests.Verify accuracy of billing statements and resolve discrepancies.Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments.Prepare and send invoices to clients.Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.Reconcile accounts and manage collections.Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system.Ensure all entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded.Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.Proficient in AP, AR, journal entries, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks, and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Our client offers a salary up to $50k plus benefits, M/D/V.Powered by JazzHRNorthPoint Search Group
