Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story.Position Summary:We’re looking for a passionate Quality Engineering Manager with strong communication skills, knowledge, and experience in banking and financial services to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs.Mandatory Skills:Experience working with Banking channels and products – Web Banking, Mobile banking, Core banking.Experience working with Payment’s systems like NPP, GPP, Swift, ISO20022 MessagesExperience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence or HP ALMExperience with Accessibility and Mobile Application TestingExperience working with API tools such as RestAssured, PostmanExperience working in UFT, Selenium with BDD/TDD (cucumber), Junit or TestNG.Experience working with AWS cloud-based solutions.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive test plans/strategy, cases and automation scripts.Design and strategize automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency.Design and architect test data and environments to support various testing activities (unit, integration, system, performance, etc.).Manage and maintain test data and environment infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.Expertise in designing and developing scripts through Selenium-BDD/TDD as per client defined technical specifications.Expertise on file based, API related methods (GET, PUT, POST and DELETE) for RESTful services and microservices architecture.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)Expertise in designing BDD scripts using Cucumber for GUI, Functionality, Integration, User Acceptance, including Regression for Web and Mobile Applications.Execute SQL queries based on the requirements and fetch data from various databasesEnsuring all components provide quality and maintaining compliance with client processes and governing standards.Ensure test environments are secure, compliant with organizational standards, and protected from unauthorized access.Collaborate with external vendors and partners involved in payment processing, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability.Working in AGILE methodology projects, participating in scrum ceremonies on daily basis, explaining the underlying defects & issues in scrum call in detail.Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the SDLC.Experienced in defining and documenting the quality engineering approach and overarching plan and strategy across multiple applications through SDLC phases.Salary Range:$100,000Date of Posting :07/26/2024Next Steps:If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
