Newest member of the Avega Group is Avega Fund Services S.à r.l., a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF - in the licensing process), focusing exclusively on serving Funds, Limited Partners and General Partners from the alternative investment sector.To sustain our company´s growth, we are currently looking for aCorporate OfficerYour MissionWorking autonomously on a mixed portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis) and Luxembourg alternative investment funds (in the areas of Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate)Organizing board and shareholders´ meetingsDrafting board meeting and shareholder minutes and other relevant legal documentsLeveraging fund administrator(s) provided partners' capital account statements (PCAPs) to draft Luxembourg inquired partners registers for SCSp’sEnsuring corporate data correctness from third party drafted legal documentationFollowing-up on client requests and taking part in client meetingsProviding ongoing corporate-secretarial services to your client portfolioLiaising with notaries, international tax advisors and law firmsParticipating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)Your ProfileYou have at least 3 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer/Legal Assistant or in a similar position in LuxembourgYou have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate lawYou have a strong command using MS OfficeYour style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentialityYou demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skillsYou are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organizationYou have a perfect command of English and German and French skills are a plusWhat You Can ExpectModern office in the financial district Kirchberg in LuxembourgHarmonious and stable working environmentGood work-life-balance and flexible working hoursTraining for your individual career development30 days of vacation and meal vouchersReimbursement of public transport costsSupplementary health insuranceParking facilities for rent (within walking distance)Jobs.lu
