Provide specialized skills for developing data access queries and analyses.Works in conjunction with other PBI developers, business analysts and Data Analysts to implement complex data requirements·Maintain DevOps pipelines and deploymentsGeneral SkillsExperience building, testing and implementing complex reports, dashboards, and other objects-25%·Experience providing technical guidance and subject matter expertise on report implementation-25%Analyse, design, execute, and validate complex BI requirements from multiple business teamsStrategize BI solutions to achieve functional and technical objectivesPrototyping to develop business requirements for future implementationProficiency in Data Analysis (DAX), M, ETL (Power Query), SQL (or data extraction and integration tools) and performance optimization-20%Architect, develop, and deploy Enterprise Power BI solutions using Power BI Cloud Service and Power BI Premium-15%Build complex dashboards/reports in Power BI, incorporating DAX expressions for various business groups' needs.Utilize Power Query for data cleansing and formatting in Power BICreate and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, source-to-target mapping reports, and BI dependencies.Aggregate Data reporting and data reconciliationResearch, document, prototype, design, build, test and implement business requirements for advanced business intelligence and analytic capabilitiesDesign, build and deploy data models optimized for business intelligence and analyticsMicrosoft Power BI certifications or Azure certifications are an assetExperience providing specialized technical support to improve productivity and collaboration within agile teams utilizing DevOps Practices leading to optimization and automation of processes and knowledge and awareness of technology-specific standards, policies, and practices for tools, including Source Code Management, Continuous integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)Pipelines, Configuration management, Infrastructure as Code/Scripting --15%LanceSoft
