We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.As an Auto Associate, you will advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. You will build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.What you will bring to our team -Easy going and down to have some funReady to work hard and crush goalsDetail oriented and reliableThrives in a team environmentHigh school education or equivalentLevel 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not requiredA day in the life -Build relationships with clients, colleagues and automobile dealership representativesCreatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance productsProcess a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and moreUpsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departmentsAdministrative duties, such as, answering the phone, inventory restockSalary Expectations –The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
