Join our client as a Global Accounting Standards & Compliance Senior Manager, where you'll shape and oversee our accounting policies across 35 jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with US and UK GAAP. Lead complex financial analyses, collaborate with top management, and drive continuous improvement in our global financial practices.Develop, update, and document accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK and US GAAP and regulatory requirements.Monitor changes in accounting standards, assess their impact, and recommend necessary updates.Ensure accurate recognition and disclosure of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.Review financial statements and disclosures for compliance with accounting policies and standards.Research and analyse complex accounting issues, providing guidance to the finance management team.Collaborate on audit activities and deliver training on accounting policies to finance and non-finance staff.Enhance accounting processes, controls, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.US GAAP experience essential!|Hybrid or remote role if neccessary!Extensive experience in US GAAP and application to financial reporting and transactionsExperience within a publicly traded company or public accounting firm.Qualified AccountantExcellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify policy/control deficienciesOur client is a leading global provider in the gaming and entertainment industry, offering an expansive portfolio of cutting-edge content, technology.£70k - £90k dependent on experience10% annual bonusHybrid working - as much or as little time spent in the office - fully remote if desired!Great benefits package!The opportunity to join an prestigious gaming company operating globally!Much more!Michael Page
