Location Address: 100 Queens Quay East, 9th Floor, TorontoNumber of Openings: 1Pay $57,808.00 - $98,482.00Job Posting Description:This is a hybrid role #LI-HybridYou will report into the Director, IT Infrastructure and will help deliver large-scale programs and lead smaller scale projects at the LCBO.With leadership from the Director, IT Infrastructure, you will improve on time, on budget delivery of large-scale programs and is accountable for building, maintaining and driving the project schedule, and other main project artifacts (i.e. Project Charter, RAID log, project status reports, resource plans, financial plans, change requests and gate decks / presentation).You will coordinate all project resources (internal and contractors) to support delivery plan and facilitate collaboration between team members, being a contact for escalations.If you are collaborative and likes to achieve a common goal, then this is the role for you!About the RoleProject Execution – (70%)Oversee main project documentation, coordinate revisions, maintain version control and ensure projects follow applicable project management framework.In collaboration with the Program Manager (where applicable) communicate with internal and external project partners to ensure project communications.Help define project scope and goals, engaging relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility.Prepare for and support (or lead) project meetings, summarizing details of the discussion and capturing important action items or issues for follow up.Facilitate collaboration between team members and act as a contact for escalations.Develop project plans and monitor progress.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using defined change management methodologySupport project close-out activities in compliance with the LCBO close-out checklist.Measure project performance using MS Project and other tools and techniques.Provide support, within scope and budget project delivery.Project Reporting – (30%)Prepare project status reports for multiple levels of the organization, identifying and escalating issues and deviations from the plan and proposing recommendations on potential mitigations where applicable.Manage rolling financial forecast for program, tracking spend and variances to established baselines.Review resource timesheets for accuracy, track actual vs planned activity and coordinate your partners and contractors to support delivery plans.About YouMinimum Required:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience).3+ years experience supporting program level delivery of major technology programs; or leading project delivery of small to medium scale programs.Understanding of MS Project Online & SharePointProduce a first cut of deliverables, demonstrating autonomy, initiative and accuracyExperience creating reports across a set of projects.Adapt to work around processes to ensure our goals are metDisciplined to ensure tasks and actions are being accomplished against, with escalation where delivery dates are at risk.Well versed in all aspects of project management.Experience in IT systems, infrastructure or software development environments.Intermediate / advanced skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite products.Understand and work in an Agile and iterative development environment.CAPM or PMP is an assetThere is a world of opportunities at the LCBO…Join an organization where you can be challenged while achieving your true potential.
