If you are a dynamic and proactive Finance Officer with OpenAccounts experience, then this could be the next contract for you!Robertson Bell are once again partnering with an organisation in Central London who are recruiting a Temporary Assistant Accountant to join them for an initial 3 month contract with huge potential for a longer term role beyond that! The role offers hybrid working and will work closely with the Financial Accountant.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring timely and correct entry into our financial system.Regularly reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies promptly and efficiently.Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately, and process BACS payments.Maintain and update the cashbook, ensuring all entries are precise and up-to-date.Experience Required:OpenAccounts: Proficiency in OpenAccounts software is essential.Accounts Payable: Demonstrated experience in managing accounts payable processes.Bank Reconciliations: Proven ability to perform thorough and accurate bank reconciliations.This is an urgent opportunity so please do not hesitate in making an application!Robertson Bell
