This role will see you joining our growing Allied Health team at our brand new outpatient facility located within a busy GP clinic in Mermaid Waters.This role will see you provide support and assistance to patients and staff and undertake the following responsibilities:Manage enquiries and schedule patient bookingsProcessing payments for appointmentsMaintain diary management for our team of Allied Health professionalsEnsure the office environment is tidy and presentableThis position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills.
