The culture at Revantage is built on our shared core values and commitment to be:Achievers – We expect high standards for ourselves and enable the success of our teams.Enthusiasts - We face challenges with optimism and believe anything is possible.Leaders - We commit to continuously improve our performance.Learners – We learn from our challenges, successes and the diversity of our people.Partners - We deliver value and positive impact to our partners.Why This Role Is ValuableYour role in our Communications team is valuable as communication is a crucial part of our strategy and plays an essential role in our employee integration, retention and in our branding as employer.Responsibilities:Support the Communications team to execute and implement company’s communication and employee engagement strategyWrite and create content for communication materials: i.e. internal monthly newsletter, corporate emails, announcements, calendar invitesCreate marketing materials for internal communications, social media and events: i.e. social media posts, presentations, flyers, videos, pictures, templates, email layoutsWork closely with various project teams and support them in the preparation of communication plans, on-time deliverables and campaignsMaintain and create content for the internal intranet, reflecting our employer branding, culture & valuesCollaborate with team colleagues to produce and review communication materials and planningAssist with the organization of various team engagement activities; autonomously manage smaller initiatives and projects (physical/virtual townhalls, informative sessions, afterwork events, team building & well-being workshops)Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions in various collaborations and workstreamsProvide guidance, support and tools to employees, managers and senior leadership as to best practices in communicating to elevate productivity, performance and engagementExecute and develop the Social Media strategy; create engaging posts using diverse formats; monitor the activity and track performanceQualifications:What You Bring To The RoleEnglish as a mother tongue/native level with excellent written and oral communication skills. French would be a strong plusBackground in Internal Communications; previous experience writing business communications (e.g., executive emails, blog posts, press releases)Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Business, or related field is a plusSkills in planning and delivering communication plans, campaigns and projectsAbility to turn complex and technical information into engaging contentPrevious experience in marketing or communications is a plusExperience managing and monitoring social media tools and platforms including LinkedIn and InstagramTechnical knowledge: experience with O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Sharepoint; proficiency with various video creation & editing software (i.e. Canva); email marketing tools (i.e. Mailchimp)Genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling marketing materialsMotivation to own multiple deliverables and work in a deadline-driven environmentSelf-starter, good time management, creative, and with critical thinkingExcellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skillsAbility to work well independently, and within a teamCommitment to the continuous improvement of service quality and the organization’s missionAbility to prioritize and juggle competing deadlines within fast-paced and dynamic environmentDIVERSITY MAKES US SMARTERWith an exceptionally high number of nationalities and spoken languages we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone - diversity and inclusion is the DNA of Revantage Europe.
