The successful applicant will be working closely with and supported by the Director for Project Management QLD.Lead and manage large scale health projects as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackDirect line management team responsibilitieQualificationsA recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management10 – 15 years industry experience working on major health projectsAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regardedTechnical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
