Job DescriptionReporting to the HR Director, you will join a team of 5 members, and you will provide a comprehensive, accurate and timely Payroll, Comp&Ben and HR administrative service for our 350+ employees.Your RoleYour main responsibilities will be as follows:- Actively contribute to the ongoing ERP implementation project, and act as the lead HR person for Compensation & Benefits related topics to be implemented in Workday (Absence Management, Payroll Interface, Advanced Compensation, reporting functionality);- Ensure full compliance on all HR Admin / Compensation & Benefits processes and create/update policies as necessary;- Monitor and enhance our C&B strategy competitiveness by conducting reward benchmarks and surveys and implement subsequent action plan;- Act as a trusted advisor for our employees, providing them with the relevant information to their HR requests;- Act as a data and reporting expert: supervise HR monthly reports and KPI dashboard, design HR reports and help in improving easiness and efficiency in producing standard metrics for the firm;- Coach a team of 2 junior HR officers operating in HR Admin / Compensation & Benefits;o Oversee payroll preparation for Luxembourg, fully coordinating the payroll process and acting as the subject matter expert on core payroll and benefits topics;o Oversee benefit administration; pension plan, meal vouchers, car and bike leasing, Sympass card;o Oversee Forvis Mazars car fleet: facilitate offer process, draft and signature of car policy, follow-up on invoices and application on the payroll;o Oversee Absence management: follow-up on all leaves, reporting to CNS and subsequent reconciliation of reimbursement, follow-up on maternity, paternity and parental leave requests;o Oversee onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers;o Oversee the overtime process for all eligible staff.- Participate in projects in line with business requirements.Your profile- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.- 3-4 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits / HR Admin role, ideally within a financial services provider.- Good command of an HRIS – Experience as a superuser or Workday knowledge is an asset- Solid knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, social and fiscal legislation.- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel.- Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.- Rigor and autonomy.- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.- Good communication skills.- Fluency in French and English, any additional European languages will be considered as an asset.We offer:The ability to acquire and develop an experience that will ensure a career in an expanding environmentThe opportunity to join a human sized international group and friendly environment that can give relief to your skills and satisfy your intellectual curiosity.Jobs.lu
