Regenis, LLC is currently seeking an Operations and Maintenance Facility Manager to work on a Dairy Anaerobic Digester and Renewable Natural Gas Facility (renewable energy) in Gillett, WI. The facility includes a mixed plug flow digester, pumps, gas blowers, compressors, condensers, chillers, and additional auxiliary equipment.This is an on-call position that will require evening and weekend availability.Pay, Incentives, and Benefits:Salary range $85 - $100k per year, depending on experienceBenefit options: Health Savings Account, Vision, Disability, & 401k with company matchCompany Paid Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance for employeeAccrued Paid Time Off6 HolidaysEmployee Referral Bonuses & Safety Recognition ProgramEducation reimbursement programEmployee Assistance Program and Counselor on staffEmployee Discount ProgramOngoing training and education, and professional developmentJob Description:Demonstrate ownership of personal and process safety, supporting a strong safety culture while working effectively, collaboratively, and respectfully on the Regenis team, as well as outside third-party personnel.Show a high level of initiative and self-motivation to implement and follow facility processes and seek out assistance when needed.Communicate with O&M Regional Manager and Project Engineer in the performance and to receive technical support.Ability to communicate with project Owner(s) as well as dairy personnel regarding site needs and performance.Develop site specific operational procedures.Supervise and control facility operations in accordance with safe operating limits, including following routine, start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.Manage and direct a staff of 3-4 Operation and Maintenance Technicians to carry out the daily tasks and maintenance.Communicate optimally through verbal and written means amongst all levels of the team through daily logs, reports and other materials as required.Develop and implement isolation plans of equipment for maintenance (i.e., lock out tagout), and issue permits for work on site.Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to properly record operating performance.Troubleshoot operational problems and track performance by collecting data, analyzing, and interpreting results, and make decisions on appropriate process changes to maintain product quality and equipment reliability.Perform and oversee general maintenance on variety of pumps, motors, and other equipment.Monitor and record instruments.Change oil and filters on blowers, pumps, and compressors.Ensure proper site cleanliness and appearance.Qualifications:Experience in anaerobic digester plant operations is preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrevious facility management preferredMust have a clean driving record and valid driver’s licenseDrug-free (must be able to pass drug test and be part of random testing program)Solid work ethic and willingness to learnBe available to respond to occasional after hour facility needsDairy farm knowledge a plusBe willing and able to work in inclement weather and get dirty.#Regenis2Regenis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
