Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Corporate/Commercial solicitor to join their In House legal team in Bristol. The role involves ensuring legal compliance and minimising risk exposure within the firm.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.Provide legal advice to the team on various issues.Work with the team to ensure the company is in compliance with current laws and regulations.Handle legal disputes and litigation's.Develop and implement company policies and procedures.Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in laws that affect the company.Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.Join an ever evolving UK and international business|Working for a strong brandA successful In-House Solicitor should have:Must be UK/IRE qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE.A broad understanding of corporate/commercial law, contract law, and other relevant legal fields.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in legal research.Works well with a teamThe company is a well-established consultancy firm in the UK with a workforce of over 5000 dedicated professionals.
