This exciting company have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.This opportunity would suit someone who has previously managed a smaller team, has a passion for delivering a high level of customer service, as well as someone who enjoys leading a team.Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits4 days in the office with 1 day from homeSome of the duties will include:Managing a 4 person customer service teamAllocate cases daily to Customer Service teamRun weekly management reports for operations team and present to the executive teamFacilitate ongoing training and development of staffManage continuous improvement within the departmentSupport the customer service team to ensure targets are metEnsuring processes and procedures are followed correctlyConduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with the teamResolve all customer service complaint escalationsLiaise with other departments, retailers and external partnersOrganise meetings with internal managers to discuss improvements to the customer service teamThe suitable candidate:Minimum of 5 years experience within customer service managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of leading a teamAbility to work on own initiativeApproachable and adaptableGood attention to detailGood problem solving skillsDecisiveLocal to St Albans - happy to be office based 4 days a weekLooking for the next step in your career?
