Our Delta Technology team is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.The Senior Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plansIdentify and manage risks and issues that may impact project successCoordinate the work of project team members and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetProvide regular updates to project stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issuesEnsure that project deliverables meet the required quality standardsProvide guidance and support to project team members as neededProven ability to solve problems creativelyExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredEnglish and French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantageThe Senior Project Manager will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Fund Industry club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Fund industry topics.RequirementsHave at least 15 years of experience in project management.Have a proven experience within financial market trading activitiesProven ability to solve problems creativelyExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.A preivous experiences in a trading desk and/or in a stock exchange are a concrete advantage.English and French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantageBenefitsPermanent contractDynamic and innovation environmentTrainingsCompetitive salary packageDelta Consulting Company
