Full-Time and Part-Time On-Site Positions AvailableAs a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll support various marketing initiatives, including representing our client's brand at events and retail locations throughout Denver. Your main objective will be to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, provide outstanding customer service, and drive brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Support Marketing Campaigns and Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Help set up and manage promotional kiosks and retail events.Engage with Customers at Promotional Kiosks and Retail Events: Proactively approach and interact with potential customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the brand’s image. Use your charisma and enthusiasm to attract and retain customer interest.Offer Excellent Customer Service by Providing Product Insights and Recommendations:Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and detailed product information and drive sales. Enhance their overall experience with the brand.Maintain Promotional Area Clean and Well-Organized: Ensure that promotional areas are tidy, visually appealing, and well-stocked. Regularly monitor and replenish product displays to maintain brand standards.Collaborate with Team Members to Meet Marketing Goals and Enhance Brand Visibility:Work closely with your team to achieve marketing targets and maximize brand exposure. Share insights and support each other to create a cohesive work environment.Stay Updated on Product Information, Promotions, and Special Offers: Continuously educate yourself about new products, ongoing promotions, and special offers to provide up-to-date information to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.Participate in Training to Enhance Marketing Knowledge and Skills: Engage in training sessions to improve your understanding of the brand’s products and develop effective marketing techniques. Apply this knowledge to enhance your performance.Consistently Represent the Brand in a Positive and Professional Manner: Uphold the brand’s image and values in every interaction, ensuring a consistent and positive representation.
