Working as an Allied Health Lead with Resthaven, your empathy and understanding of the challenges facing older people will be rewarded by the positive impacts that you make. This is an exciting new allied health role leadership created at Resthaven. This role will encompass providing clinical leadership and guidance to a large team of allied health professionals. Find meaningful connections and work with purpose as you are supported to develop in your role.Essential Criteria:Allied Health professional with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential.Demonstrated experience in leadership and coordination of services.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goalsAn understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for aged clients.An understanding of aged care funding processes and required documentation.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environmentAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse range of peopleA current driver's licence is essential.Benefits:Resthaven offers a supportive and richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone's uniqueness is valued.
