We seek a full-time courier to efficiently capture pertinent data and transport medical-related materials from internal and external customers.Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical specimens to designated destinations, adhering to established schedules and protocols.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines while operating the vehicle and handling medical specimens.Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and other team members to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and special instructions.Handle specimens with care and attention to detail, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and storage during transport.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients or recipients during pickups and deliveries.Assist with loading and unloading specimens, equipment, and supplies as needed, following proper lifting and handling procedures.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all pickups, deliveries, and related activities using company-provided software or paperwork.Attend training sessions or meetings as required to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot issues or challenges encountered during daily operations, contributing to a positive team environment.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Valid Driver's LicensePersonal auto insurance is required, no additional coverage is needed for the company vehicle, so long as you have your own auto insurance for your personal vehicle.Clean driving record.Active smartphone (Android or iPhone) with an adequate data plan.Route flexibility.Previous medical courier experience preferred.Minimum of two years of driving experience in previous roles.Comfortable navigating routing software and GPS.Attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions.Ability to operate a vehicle for long periods.Ideal start date: ASAP or whenever we find the right fit.License/Certification:Valid Driver's License (Required).Work Location: Southern Idaho and the surrounding areaJob Type: W2, part-timeSalary: $18.00 per hour.Benefits:Company vehicle during working hours.Eligible for a bonus of 10% of monthly pay.8% Differential for the hours between 10 pm and 5 am, and weekends.If full-time, we offer benefits including Health, Vision, Dental insurance, 401k, and PTO.Ability to commute/relocate:Pocatello or Idaho Falls, ID: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)Other Information:At Rocky Mountain Diagnostics, we believe in caring for our team members and their well-being.Rocky Mountain Diagnostics is an equal-opportunity employer.
