Employing more than 2 000 people, BIL is present in the financial hotspots that are Luxembourg, Switzerland, and China.As a major player in Luxembourg's finance industry and as a signatory of the UN Principles of Responsible Banking, BIL is committed to handing over a responsible and sustainable bank to future generations.Your next challenge:Assist teams in general administrative tasks.Support the relationship managers to onboard the client and prepare the KYC documents.Help to update and maintain client's information and documentation.Support the team to liaise with internal and external parties.Assist with research as needed on clients and prospects.Assist in handling other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.Your skills:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in finance, Risk Management, Economic Management, Accounting, or other Business-related Studies.Fluent in English, French, German or Chinese is considered as an advantage.Excellent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.Strong written and oral communication skillsCommitted, confident, self-motivated and with good team spirit.BIL offers a broad range of challenging projects and a huge choice of career paths .We will assist you in finding the one that best meets your skills and expectations.
