Client: Well Known Micro Finance OrganizationRole: Branch Manager-Must be BilingualSalary: $65,000 + BenefitsLocation: Austin, TXSchedule: Monday - Friday FULLY ONSITEJob Description:SupervisorySupervises, monitors and evaluates the job performance of branch office and field staff and recommends appropriate incentives for good performance, or disciplinary or corrective actionSupervises, monitors and evaluates the financial performance of the branch against budgets and plansSupervises the work of the field staffing group and center formation, weekly meetings, loan processing, loan utilization checks, and effective implementation of poverty targeting methodologyMotivates the staff and clients to maintain a high standard of performanceOrganizes appropriate types of workshops and meetings for branch staff and client developmentPromotes harmonious relationships to ensure support for program implementation and expansionAdministrativeManages the initiation of the program in a new location including information systems, internal controls, program policies, procedures, and troubleshootingResponsible for financial and operational management, including the development and analysis of performance indicators, as well as the identification of operational problems and the development of appropriate responses in order to reach the target goalsEnsures that account books are in order and that up-to-date financial statement reports are submittedManages branch fund requirements and utilization of fundsMaintains all office equipment, supplies and communication facilitiesSubmits weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports on loan disbursements and collections, savings mobilization, fund management and attendance at center meetingsUndertakes fieldwork, complementing the work of the field staff in group and center formation and group training; also attend center meetings and make spot checks on loan utilizationDevelops branch-level plans and targets with respect to outreach, loan disbursements and collections, savings mobilization and financial viabilityVaco
