Job Title: Credit ControllerLocation: Trafford ParkSalary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOEType: PermanentRussell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our manufacturing client based in Trafford Park.This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.The Role:Ensure invoice payments debts are collected in time and in line with the customer's termsProvide support to the Management Accountant in achieving targets and objectivesMonitor customers' accounts to identify overdue payments and ensure prompt collectionResolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.Issue and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.Track and follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, and formal lettersQuarterly customer credit insurance providersLaise with credit insurance providersPrepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aged debt analysis, and cash flow forecasts.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective communication and resolve payment issues.The candidate:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge and experience of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processesCredit control experience and qualificationExcellent Microsoft skillsAAT qualificationERP experienceBenefits:Quarterly profit sharing incentivesOpportunity for hybrid working25 days holiday + 8 Bank holidaysTraining and development opportunitiesSocial eventsPension schemeImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
