Job DescriptionIntern Change ManagementJoin our dynamic Change Management Team within the European HR department, where we champion change management for our internal customers! We are seeking a proactive and with a growth mindset intern with initial experience in project-driven professional content creation, graphic and media design interest. As an active member of our team, you will collaborate with the Change manager and internal colleagues to support ongoing change initiatives and foster effective communication among stakeholders across the organization.WHAT IS THE ROLE? WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?Project Support: Assist in professional content creation, encompassing tasks such as graphic design, media design, and utilizing the appropriate tools to produce high-quality visual materials.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams and other affiliates to align common organizational goals initiatives.Administrative Tasks: Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, charts.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Management, Graphic and Media Design, Economics or Social Studies, or a related field. Be fluent in English.Have a passion for change and a strong interest in utilizing design to drive positive change.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate across departments.A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team!Are you interested in learning more about this career opportunity?
