Pre- Set, Pre-Confirmed AppointmentsThrough our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to:Effectively close sales in your designated territoryDeliver effective sales presentations with homeownersUtilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progressWhat you will do:Responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations providing custom design options and estimates for their bath remodel projectsDemonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodologyComplete all paperwork and financing documentation accuratelyAttend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person)Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projectsWhat you need to succeed:2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferredAbility to close utilizing a proven one call close methodologySchedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekendsValid driver's license and reliable vehicleAbility to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbsStrong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward conciselyAbility to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targetsMore about Bath Experts:Bath Experts is a home improvement company specializing in the transformation of residential bathtub and shower spaces.
