Nelson Mazda is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic, self discipline, excellent communication skills(written and verbal), ability to multitask for long periods of time and a high level of professionalism. We are looking for someone who is positive, joyful, and passionate about maintaining customer satisfaction!The job duties for this position are as follows:Managing the follow up processEfficiently using CRMAnswering phones and booking appointmentsConfirming next day appointmentsCompleting daily task sheet in a timely mannerAssign leads as they come inMaking follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visitCompensation:$17/hour based on experience5 day work schedule (including Saturdays)Excellent company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage optionsIndustry leading 401K with company matching contributions.Life Time and other gym membership discounts.Paid time off and paid volunteer time off.About Us:Nelson Automotive Group is currently operating out of Oklahoma and Tennessee.
