We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Systems Accountant / Transformation Consultant to join a PE-backed business in the East Midlands.Role Overview:As the Interim Systems Accountant / Transformation Consultant, you will take charge of the accounting aspects of a significant systems change for a £50m turnover division. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of the new system. This role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record of project completion and extensive experience in ERP/ system changes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the accounting side of a major ERP system implementation.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during the transition period.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Provide training and support to the finance team on the new system.Identify and resolve any issues related to the system change.Requirements:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Proven experience in leading ERP system changes and project completion.Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:Competitive day rate (Outside IR35)6 Month + Contract LengthOpportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Chance to make a significant impact on a key division of a very high-growth businessIf you're ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
