Our “Fresh Food Policy” is the foundation of our success and growth in the market coupled with a desire to truly deliver on the promises we make to our clients and support our site-based teams.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrator in the Pembury area who will support our team members and our management team to complete weekly bookwork into our online systems from September! You need to be friendly and flexible and have a positive attitude to resolving issues.You will input data into our systems from locations using our various online systems looking after invoice data and payroll entries.You will need to be a good timekeeper and work to weekly deadlines.You will need to be IT literate with good IT skills in Microsoft packagesYou will work from our Pembury office 2 days a week (9.30am till 2.30pm) in term time, along with 6 home working hoursYou will support the cover of the office on the days you are office working and answer the phonesYou will support the other office team members with duties as they ariseYou will be issued with a work laptopWith Caterlink you will have an excellent work/life balance – working term-time only and no weekends so this role is great for those looking for flexibility.Caterlink is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all employees to share this commitment.
