Reference: BC4150I’m now working with an amazing organisation that were founded to provide better access to mental health services for children and adults, going through a high level of growth and in a position now where their medication focussed team are requiring extra admin support and someone to join/start asap.We are looking for an Admin Co-ordinator on a fully remote basis to provide administrative and organisational support to consultants, counsellors, psychiatrists, and the neurodiversity team that are providing support and care to their service users – Within this role you’ll mainly be supporting with letters and reports in relation to medication.This company operate fully remotely and are passionate about providing a balance and equal access to professionals that can provide support, meaning that the role of the Admin Co-Ordinators is equally as flexible and 100% remote based working.Administration experience, organisational skills, fantastic people skills are what’s needed for a position like this as you’ll be dealing with many of the internal teams as well as service users, so someone with the skills above and ability to juggle and work at pace, but equally a warm and patient nature when needed are a must. – Any exposure to Zendesk and working with medication/healthcare specific services would also be a huge bonus, but not essential.Full training will be given and the equipment to do this role would be delivered to people joining this company.This position has come about due to the increase in medication requirements across the country as well as the team being short by one person.Due to the above, they are looking at bringing someone new into the team on an ongoing temp basis, this would be paying £11.50 per hour and weekly pay every Friday. There is a strong likelihood that something longer term could come up in this team or one of their other services and salaries for that team are closer to £25k to £28k on a permanent basis.The role would be on a Monday to Friday basis, 9am to 5.30pm with an hour’s lunch break but they can be slightly flexible on those hours too.What to expect day to day:Formatting and sending documents - ensuring letters are formulated and professionally presented and sent on to service users within agreed KPI’sProcessing operational data to allow for accuracy of reportingSupporting the Medication Operations Team Lead with ad hoc tasksVerifying client records are accurate and any changes are recorded in a timely mannerWhat do we need from you:Previous administration experience is a must-have for this positionThe desire to work fully remotely and ideally experience in doing so to be sure it’s for youAble to work well as part of a team, on a remote basisThe ability to multitask and prioritise your workload independentlyLooking for the next step in your career?
