Your next opportunityAre you a driven professional with a passion for product management and technical expertise?Boral is seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our national concrete and quarry product range. You will be responsible for the management of the concrete and quarry product range throughout its lifecycle. This will involve optimising the commercial performance of categories, as well as managing the technical documentation, product master data, and product ordering processes.Your day will involve:Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product roadmap and features that meet customer needs.Manage product catalog and master data with precision and accuracy.Maintain technical documentation library, including Safety Data Sheets and sales documents.Support workflow improvements to enhance order accuracy and product quality.Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with technical, marketing, and sales teams.Analyze market landscape and customer needs to ensure competitive product offerings.Educate and train sales teams, customers, and partners on product features and value proposition.Ensure product performance meets customer and company standards, and support quality improvement initiatives.Monitor portfolio performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.What are we looking for?Strong technical background, preferably with an engineering or business degree.Minimum three years of proven experience in product management, with proficiency in ERP, CRM, and master data management software.Collaborative team player with proactive and detail-oriented approach.We encourage female applicants to apply and contribute to our diverse team!What's on offer?We offer a competitive salary and benefits package designed to recognize and reward your contributions.Your well-being is important to us.
