The successful canditate must use independent judgment and systematic problem solving methods to produce high quality diagnostic information and have knowledge of computer acquisition and analysis and other related duties as assigned.Accountabilities:Perform patient assessmentsParticipate in the accurate maintenance of the patient’s recordsPerform daily quality controlFacilitate the provision of optimal patient care while observing and understanding hospital and departmental policies and proceduresQualificationsMust have current CMRITO and CAMRT registrationCertified with Ontario Breast Screening Program requiredMammography certification an assetRecent experience within the last two yearsAbility to communicate both verbally and in writingAbility to organize work load effectivelyDemonstrated ability to foster an environment to facilitate effective teaching and learning relationships and provide effective consultation with the clinical educatorsPhysical ability to perform the expected job dutiesKnowledge of CAR Mammography Accreditation program an assetAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and CollaborationExcellent attendance, punctuality and work recordDemonstrated ability to organize work, set objectives and establish prioritiesMay be required to travel between and work at all Osler sitesAdditional InformationHours: Currently Days, 8 hour shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)#LI-FN1 #TPTOsler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
