The diversity of skills, life experiences and perspectives within our team enhances our way of working and our ability to achieve success together.About the roleWe are looking for a Specialist HME Electrical Systems to join the Rio Tinto Iron Ore Maintenance Planning & Engineering (MP&E) team to drive maintenance and engineering initiatives across the fleet. The area of heavy mobile fleet is currently seeing rapid advances in technology and is an exciting area of the industry to be part of.This is a great opportunity to be a subject matter expert to our key stakeholders and provide guidance and technical expertise across a wide range of areas, including strategy and tactic development, defect elimination, failure analysis, engineering support for operational business initiatives, custodianship of relevant business and industry electrical standards, and general engineering support.You'll be part of a supportive team, supported by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. The Centre incorporates visualisation and collaboration tools to provide real-time information across our demand chain and allows us to optimise our mining, maintenance and logistic activities across the Pilbara in a way never before possible.
