You’re one step closer to a new exciting career - APPLY NOW!What you will do:Ongoing face-to-face branch network contact within all levels of the branch to ensure referral business is maximized within each individual branchOutbound prospecting and cold calling, identifying sales opportunities and proactively closing themBalance customer referrals within territory and the ability to meet territory referral targetsProactively identify sales opportunities within the Branch network and outside the networkAssuming responsibility for delivering the sales quota, which includes managing sales cycles, conversion metrics, and a rolling sales pipeline.Prospecting and running dynamic sales presentationsExplaining our value proposition to clientsClosing sales of our payment processing servicesEducating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industryWhat we’re looking for:A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in the B2B sales environment.College or University Degree, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or MarketingValid driver’s license and auto insuranceAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously so that sales results remain consistent from one month to the next.Strong selling skills to close around objections.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take charge and complete objectives.Entrepreneurial orientation, customer focus and strong work ethic.A proactive thinkerAbility to develop innovative approaches to problem solving.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including effective speaking before groups.Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation and networking skillsWorks well independently and as part of a teamProfessional demeanor and impeccable integrityMust enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people face to faceExperience closing in a fast sales cycleExperience in a performance based compensation modelProven track record of pipeline development and closing salesMust be a highly organized, focused individual who excels in relationship building, which is critical to the success of this position.Previous experience in the payment processing industry is valuedMembership in a business or merchant association or a networking group a plusWho are we?Global Payments is a leader of the payment technology industry with over 24 000 employees worldwide.
