You will combine your knack for networking with your lending know-how to generate new business for Westpac. As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Healthcare team, you will network and build relationships with external partners, attracting customers from preferred broker flows or competitors. Strong credit skills are a must, and you'll be some experience with complex deal structuring. You will also be supported by a team of analysts and portfolio managers. A natural people-person, you will boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources and brokers.
