Employing more than 2 000 people, BIL is present in the financial hotspots that are Luxembourg, Switzerland, and China.As a major player in Luxembourg's finance industry and as a signatory of the UN Principles of Responsible Banking, BIL is committed to handing over a responsible and sustainable bank to future generations.Your next challenge:Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of BIL's strategic initiatives as a part of the bank's strategic planFacilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the organizationResearch markets, competitors, and macro events to identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and recommendationsCreate reports, presentations and updates for the Board and Executive ManagementPerform other ad hoc projects as requiredYour skills:A strategic thinker with strong execution skillsMinimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the field of strategy and/or corporate finance gained at an investment bank, consulting firm or BIG4Bachelor's or Master's degreeStrong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skillsProficient oral and written communication skills in English.
