Fly with us and make your mark in cargo transportation!The Hydraulic/Pneumatic Shop Lead Technician will be responsible for the following:Perform repairs, overhauls, testing, inspecting and releasing on hydraulic & pneumatic aircraft componentsSupervise the Hydraulic/Pneumatic team membersSupport administrative work related to the staff and operation of the shop (e.g.; work cards sign off, time recording, and parts booking)Report unsafe or hazardous conditions to the supervisorTroubleshooting faulty componentsEssential Requirements For The Position:CATP/ DAP or equivalent studies7-10 years experience in hydraulics and/or pneumatics componentsPeople management experienceFluency in spoken and written English; any additional language is a benefitSolid knowledge of MS OfficeWorking Conditions:Full time, permanent position based in LuxembourgVacations and other absences to be planned respecting service needsFlexibility, occasionally may be asked to work outside his normal working schedule (within Luxembourg law and the Collective Working Agreement regulations)Occasional travel will be remunerated in accordance with Collective Working AgreementA Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.Benefits We OfferProfit-sharing scheme (according to our Collective Work Agreement)27 vacation days and additional 4 special paid-off days (including annual vacation allowance)Numerous discounts in the wider region as well as selected travel discountsTrainings and career mobility opportunities within the various departmentsOnsite parking and canteen (with subsidized meal vouchers)Cargolux
