Job DescriptionThe Information Security Department of Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is in charge of information security, IT and cyber security risk of the Bank. Information Security Department defines the security requirements by establishing a comprehensive framework including policies, procedures and controls to respond to evolving threats, business and regulatory requirements.We are looking for an Officer on a permanent contract to join a team of information security professionals.Your main tasks will be to:Perform organizational and technical controls to ensure compliance with Nomura’s policies and regulatory requirements (DORA, CSSF Circulars, etc.)Support Identity and Access management activities, including responding to access requests, performing access control and reviews, and maintaining IAM toolsRespond to information security requests and inquiries promptly and accuratelyPerform second line-of-defence controls on operational security, including but not limited to system hardening, vulnerability management, security event monitoring, and network security.Monitor enforcement of Information Security requirements using available tools and proceduresAssess information security risk in business or IT initiatives and projectsPrepare presentation materials for relevant committees and forumsCollaborate closely with team members and IT teamsCommunicate effectively and promote a culture of securityJob requirements:Educational background in Computer Science, IT or Information SecurityGood knowledge of Information Security domains, including governance, risk management, access management, and incident managementGood understanding of IT operational security and monitoring (firewalls, anti-malware solutions, SIEM, etc.)Familiar with Information Security frameworks, standards and best practicesWillingness to learn and stay up-to-date on security threats landscape evolution and technologiesExcellent team player with proactive and autonomous work ethicsStrong analytical skills with attention to detailsAwareness of professional ethics, risk and complianceExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Please be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3)Jobs.lu
