We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance.Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $22.06 on an 35 hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.
