Randstad Digital is partnering with a government organisation in the healthcare sector to find a talented S/4HANA Solution Architect to join them on an initial contract until January 2025 with likely extension.Our client’s SAP suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector, along with the SAP S/4HANA finance, business, and logistics solution.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and management of solutions, identifying and managing risks and issuesAnalyse business requirements and system specifications to ensure alignment with business needsSolve complex system and technological problems to provide innovative solutionsDevelop system architecture and design specifications in compliance with relevant standardsConsult with business owners for ongoing enhancement and development of corporate system applicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomesProvide expert advice and support in quality reviews of deliverablesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP solutions, IT innovation, and business needsSkills & Experience:Proven experience in delivering complex SAP solutions across finance/supply chain modulesUnderstanding of Health and/or ERP initiatives, including General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Accounting and Budgeting, Asset Management, Real Estate, Inventory Management, Operational Procurement, and Extended Warehouse ManagementAbility to translate complex SAP concepts to achieve business outcomesExtensive architectural experience, including mentoring and cross-team collaborationStrong client service skills and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with stakeholdersExperience in highly integrated ERP environments as part of large-scale transformationsExpert knowledge in integration strategies and solution architectureMinimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in similar rolesEvaluation Criteria:Ability to perform effectively within a large, complex ICT environmentLeadership and architectural design skills in integrated ERP solutionsExpertise in SAP solutions and systems integrationAbility to incorporate emerging technologies into architectural frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsIf this role stands out to you, click ‘Apply Now’ or reach out to Chloe for a confidential conversation at chloe.thornton@randstaddigital.com.auAt Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
