Qualifications / qualifications:Must be legally eligible to work in CanadaExcellent customer service and organizational skillsMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers and winesMust be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidaysMust have valid Smart Serve certificationMust be 19 years of age or olderMust be able to speak fluent EnglishResponsibilities / responsabilités:Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for barInteract with customers, take orders and serve drinksAssess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinksRequisition and restock bar with all essential products and equipmentProvide an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsKeep a clean working environment at all timesMonitor the intake of alcohol of guests, prohibiting sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicatedCheck identification of guests ensuring alcohol is being served only to those patrons of legal drinking ageObserve and adhere to all liquor liability lawsCommunicate with guests and respond to feedback in a positive manner, resolving any service issuesOmni Hotels & Resorts
